New Internet Banking Announcement
- You will not be able to access online banking or mobile banking after Monday, October 7, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. CST. Our new platform should be available by noon on October 8, 2024. You will receive an email when you can log in.
- Your User ID will remain the same, but you will be prompted to update your password upon login. Password will need to be at least 12 characters in length and must use at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, one number and one special character. You will also be asked to setup security questions.
- Once you've logged on to the new system, make sure all your accounts are displayed, and make sure your personal information and preferences are set up properly. Note that any Account Alerts you've set up in the old system will not convert to the new platform. Scheduled transfers and bill payments will need to be setup again as well. External transfers should also be re-established.
- All account numbers will remain the same and you can continue using checks. After the upgrade has been completed, you will have access to statement history and transaction history.
- The mobile app will need updated to the new version. If auto-updates are active on your Apple device, then it should automatically update to the correct version. If not, manually check for updates. Android devices will require the outdated app to be deleted and reinstalled. Search ‘FSSB Mobile’.
